FHE Pipeline & Development, Inc is a private energy firm engaged in acquisitions, exploration, development and production of natural gas and crude oil as well as transportation and gathering. We work in development oil and gas fields mostly in North Texas and Eastern Tennessee. The Barnett Shale or otherwise known as the Ft. Worth Basin is the primary area that we are actively involved in. This gigantic gas field covers a little more than 5-7 counties including (Wise, Tarrant, Cooke, Johnson, Montague, Denton, and Parker). We are also interested in the Chatanooga Shale formation located in the Cumberland Plateau, which our direct area of interest is Morgan County, and is one of the 3 largest producing counties in Tennessee. We focus on generating our investors energy portfolios slowly and conservatively as possible. The goal for our company is steady revenue growth and lowering tax liabilities. We feel we can do this off of credible oil and gas fields and consistent activity. We prospect areas that should average 2-4 year payouts with over 2,000 successful wells in surrounding leases to collect data from. Our leases average 10-20 years production time.

The Company program wells are operated by third party companies that have been carefully selected for their field experience, professionalism and integrity. All of the Company's operators have a vested working interest in program wells for added assurance that the wells are operated prudently. The Company is very efficient in selecting, acquiring and developing oil and gas properties. The combined production expenses, drilling and completing costs, general administrative and selling expenses are among the lowest in the Company's peer group of small independent oil and gas exploration and production companies.
